OUR MISSION

We view our role in the real estate transaction as one of a real estate teacher. Our goal is to provide you with enough information about a home so that you can make an informed buying decision. We strive to develop a strong relationship with you before, during and after the inspection. We welcome you to observe the inspection as it is being performed and ask any questions about the home you may have.

OUR BUSINESS

Why should you choose us? We are a local, family-owned inspection company. We understand that buying a home is one of the biggest purchases you will ever make. We will go over the findings of the inspection on site and summarize the findings into items that need immediate attention as well as those needing attention in the future. We truly believe that it is not a house, it is your home.

WHO WE ARE

Jonathan has been performing residential and commercial inspections and mold inspections for over a decade. Jonathan has a Bachelor’s Degree in Geoscience from Hobart College, where he graduated with honors. Jonathan also has a Master’s Degree in Environmental Hydrogeology from the University of Cincinnati. Jonathan is a member of InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors).
