Jonathan is a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors. We perform all our residential home inspections following ASHI guidelines. We inspect all readily accessible portions of the home, including electrical, plumbing, heating/cooling, interiors, and structural components and provide a written report on the condition of the house systems at the time of the inspection. We will report on the condition of the systems of the home and provide recommendations on the components of the property. We will inspect and comment on the lot grading surrounding the property to determine if surface water will drain away from the subject property.

We know that buying and selling your home is an important time in your life. Therefore, we offer pre-listing inspections before you list your property with a realtor. We will look at the major system components, such as, structural, electrical, roofing, lot grading, heating, cooling, and windows and provide a written report of the findings of the pre-listing inspection.

FHA 203K Certified Consultant

A 203K/HomeStyle Renovation Loan is a government back loan which will allow renovations to added to a mortgage loan and the homeowner only has to make 1 loan payment.  We at A Rock Solid Home Inspection are Certified FHA Consultants

Our role as the 203K/HomeStyle Renovation Consultant is to work with the Homeowner/Lender and Contractor throughout the entire loan process and through completion of construction. We perform the following roles:

Initial Inspection of the Subject Property to Determine What Repairs Need to be Made, creating a Preliminary Work Write Up

The borrower will need to then obtain a contractor and get the bids. The bids will then be given to the Consultant so the Consultant can draft the Final Work Write Up
